We’ll work with your environment, making it harder to engage in the old habit and creating an environment that encourages healthier behavior.
Planting a new habit
If you want to remove something from your system, you need to replace it with something else. We’ll choose a new, healthy habit and establish it.
Creating supportive conditions
We’ll help you create levels of support that don’t depend on me as your therapist.
